We try to deliver Free of Charge where we can. Sometimes there may be additional Shipping costs determined by the product, delivery address and service level chosen e.g. express delivery. These charges are shown on our website at checkout. We continually work with our couriers to find the most cost-effective options for our customers. 

For parcels being delivered into the EU and costing less than €150 customers will not be responsible for any additional customs duties and taxes before the parcel is delivered. This is under the EU international one stop shop (IOSS) scheme with which we are registered. These orders will therefore be delivered duty paid, DDP. 

Please be aware that additional duties and taxes may be applied for orders larger than €150 depending on the destination country, duty and taxation policies prevailing. 

These additional charges will be payable by the customer before the parcel will be delivered.
