Once you have returned an item and we have received it, you will be notified about the status of your refund via email.
We will process a refund for the returned item amount back to the payment method used for the purchase. Refunds do not include delivery costs.
Please allow a 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed.
Keep in mind that any future warranty replacements may be subject to our terms and conditions, which will be outlined in our communication with you.
