What should I do if I have not received my order?Updated 5 months ago

If you haven't received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team at [email protected].

Provide us with any relevant information that may help us locate your order, such as your order number, full name or delivery address. 

If you do not have a designated 'safe place' for deliveries, look around your property for any parcels that might have been left by the courier. We can provide you with your order details and a tracking link to help you locate the shipment. 

Sometimes, packages might be left in an unnoticed area, such as a gas metre box or next to a bin outside your property away from public sight.
If you live in an apartment building, please speak to neighbours or the building manager.
