Sometimes rollerballs can become stuck when there is a build-up of dried product along the rim of the bottle.

What we recommend to loosen them up is :
Run the roller ball under hot tap water to slightly too expand the plastic surround.
Give the roller ball a firm push downwards Place the roller ball facing down onto clean dry skin ( the back or palm of the hand is a good area )
Roll the ball in a circular motion in all directions ensuring the ball is covered in the product If the ball becomes stuck apply some gentle downward pressure and keep rolling in all directions.
This may need to be repeated a few times to warm the plastic surround to allow the rollerball to move again.
